Worst stay at a hotel in MY LIFE!

I have never been in such a horrible hotel! Located next to the freeway and a big casino. Shady people all around, bad area, dirty room, disgusting filthy carpet, stains on the floor, the bathroom had gunk on the sink, shower head too low (I'm only 5'6"). Bed was hard as a rock- the "dining area" where the "breakfast" was, was dirty and gross. Words really can't describe how awful this place was, but I recommend to steer clear. My trip was ruined by this horrible place. Even the stairways were filthy and dirty. Shame on you, "Quality" Inn!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room quality, (for the price charged), was unacceptable. The rooms were not very modern and needed paint and remodeling.

The rooms seemed a little worn out. When I walked on the carpet without shoes on, the bottom of my feet became black. The shower is the worst. I seriously have never taken a shower with so little water pressure. The shower is the first thing I check out in a hotel to determine the quality. I would have given this hotel a lower rating except for the fact that I will be getting reimbursed for my stay here.

This hotel was quite disappointing. I chose this hotel b/c I read all the great reviews and it was advertised as being seaside(which is false). It's right next to the noisy expressway. Room very small w/ the one bed right up to the window. Other reviews claim beds comfortable; I disagree; I felt springs in my back when I moved. Shower is for a dwarf b/c the shower head is so low not to mention the shower was very scummy. Room had a bad smell. Neighborhood not great. Will never stay at this hotel again; Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Not worth price charged.0
