Great location, excellent staff, terrific service and we highly rate this hotel with 5 stars. Close to the tube and bus transports, close to the best shopping in London, next to Hyde Park.

Nice location;right at marble arch tube station, across from hyde park,close to shopping on oxford street and knightsbridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is adequate for swimming, sauna is nice. Drawbacks: room overlooking next building and a bit of traffic noise. Had trouble with internet connection initially but charges were dropped for those days. Overall, comfortable and safe.

Considering the current prices of hotels in London, especially with a falling dollar, the Park Lane was not exactly cheap, but the location proved to be fantastic! Facing Hyde Park, steps away from Marble Arch Tube and Oxford St, and near Picadilly, Marylebone, Mayfair and Knightsbridge. We were there only one night, but desk and concierge service was optimal, better than at pricier hotels. The room is small, but ok for a couple with no kids. It looks recently remodeled, as everything looked new, especially the bathroom. Definitely a repeat for next time.

We flew in early, got in our room right away, went out to explore, then came back to sink into FANTASTIC cozy beds with feather duvets! The room was not extremely large but very clean and charming! Excellent location across street from Marble Arch tube station and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Another plus: across street from the stop to catch "The Original Bus Tour"- the best way to see lots of London in a short time and learn lots of history! Can't wait to return!
