Great Hotel

We stayed here based on prior traveler's reviews and found the hotel as good as advetised. The hotel was just great. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great; just off I-85 with plenty of eating places nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

My sister, mother and I went on a mini girls night out and stayed at the Embassy. The rooms were very nice and clean.
Only aggrevation was - There was a false alarm that woke us up in the middle of the night. The manager let us all run downstairs and eventually came outside and nonchantly said we could go back upstairs.
And the long, long line for breakfast. It was a holiday weekend so I would have thought they would have been better staffed.
Spa Hotel

I love the fact that this hotel had a spa on site! I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times and love this hotel. My only complaint this time was there were 3 different family reunions taking place and during breakfast you had to wait in line a long time. The staff was stretched very thin and they showed it in their demeanor. If I had known this I would have changed my dates or my hotel. The location of this particular Embassy Suites is excellent! A huge mall and several restaurants are located just minutes from the hotel. I will stay again but will ask ahead how many large groups will be in residence.

My recent stay at Embassy Suites was wonderful. From the moment we arrived we were happy with the staff and the services the hotel offered. The front desk gave us an option of which floor we wanted to stay on and were very helpful with whatever special request we had.
The hotel room had two flat screen tv's, an extremely comfortable bad, and a fridge and microwave. We didn't want to leave the room! When we did, we were happy with the pool, arcade, coffee shop, and complimentary made to order breakfast. (Omlettes and waffles were delicious)
The only complaint I have is that when we ordered a movie we could not turn the sound up past a certain point. During some parts we had to strain to hear what was being said.

What a lovely stay we had. Rooms were clean, staff was both friendly and so helpful. Food at complementary breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelets all included in price of room. Rooms were very quiet. Only complaint we had were the way too soft pillows. Just couldn't find one that didn't mush down flat when we layed on them. Otherwise a wonderful stay.
