All in all Country Inn & Suites are always a good stay. This hotel was located within 10 miles of the casinos.
Only two things bothered me and my guest of the stay was the elevator was a little loud and the standard staircase lead into a door which is odd, from the other Country Inn's I have stayed at.

Just stayed one night but the room was clean and quiet. Pool was a little small, but clean. Breakfast was great but the dining room is small.
Overall good bargain but could use some tweeks...

I have no complaint about our room, cleanliness, or its amenities. For the price, it was a good bargain. A big plus was that plenty of linens were provided in the bath. The free hot breakfast had a variety of choices and everyone got both USA Today and the local paper if desired at breakfast. The location of the facility is also great -- just five minutes from the coast but right on I-10.
However, there are some little things that need attention: (1) pool needs vacuuming and pool chairs/chaises are filthy, (2) drink machine on ground floor didn't dispense drink and second floor machine gave hot soft drink, and (3) computer in lobby has internet connection problems.
The good news is that the staff responded immediately to help correct problems. The bad news is that the maids sat on the front or pool porch for smoke breaks and griped loudly with one another about their working conditions.

We had never been to Biloxi before so we had no idea where to stay after much searching the internet, we decided to stay here. We were able to find hotel as soon as you exit the interstate. Rooms are clean and deordized. No smoking in hotel including rooms. Outside only. So no smoke odor. The pool was closed for season but still very clean and well kept. Hotel has good breakfast including Waffles, Bisciut & Gravy, Fruit, Cereal, Yougart, etc. Very quiet and beds are comfortabel. Staff was nice and very knowledgable of the area. I would recommend this hotel.It is close to casino's. Not in walking distance. And dont know if they have a shuttle.
