Description: Great location in town with nearby restaurants, entertainment venues, and steps to the Riverwalk. The double sinks in the deluxe rooms were a pleasant surprise and helped getting the family ready in the morning. The coffee bar in the morning was adequate, but hot water for tea drinkers would better so that the staff would not feel guilty sneaking us some tea bags. The concierge made great recommendations and reservations for nearby restaurants. The fitness center was outstanding with a good variety of equipment, steam-room, sauna, showers, and locker room. A suggestion to the hotel is to add a hot tub on the patio. The parking garage is a must because there is no street or cheap public parking in the nearby area. Because of the limited public parking in the area, the parking garage was very convenient especially with multiple events in downtown Milwaukee. The chocolate bar at night was a nice touch. Extra housekeeping staff for busy week-ends are needed because the maids did not get our room until after 130PM. The hallways are a bit dark, but my mother-in-law loved her river view room. The toiletries were luxurious. The low flush toilets in the lobby could be better. We would gladly stay again.
