This hotel was awful! Access to rooms were on the outside. Rooms extremely run down to the point we were afraid to walk around it without shoes on. It was not kept up, lack of parking, staff didn't seem to care one way or another about cleanliness. Soneone got sick in corridor outside during the night and staff was advised and it was still there at checkout!!! Not your Holiday Inn Standard at all. I've stayed at much better Days Inn's before!

Stayed here Super Bowl weekend...started bad with a rude woman shuttle driver from the airport, on her cellphone as she picked people up. Girl at front desk seemed bored and didn't speak clear English during check-in, TV in room didn't work on arrival, bathtub faucet was running and unable to be turned off. This place badly needs renovations. Just a 1/2 hour before the game Sunday, the bar wasn't open, since the Bar Manager didn't have her keys. I had planned to eat there and watch the game, but I had to go elsewhere. Monday morning there was no person to order with at the grille for breakfast, had to settle for the buffet, which I didn't want. At checkout I was again treated like I was more of a nuisance than a guest. And finally, when I reviewed my CC statement, I found they charged the card I'd left for any incidentals (of which I had none) for my stay. After spending 1/2 hour on the phone to resolve this, I'm now waiting for a refund to my card. The staff here is poorly trained, and has little regard about the comfort and convenience of their guests.
