Wonderful, simple hotel. Clean rooms. Mimi's Cafe across the street is perfect. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I went to Disneyland for a day and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I read all the reviews about the free shuttle to Disneyland, but it turns out it's only free if you buy the tickets FROM Howard Johnson and even then, it costs $5 per adult. Just walk. Also, we were only staying 1 night so with crappy sheets and the A/C in our room being broken (produced HOT air instead), it was quite uncomfortable especially with it being really noisy outside so the door had to remain closed. However, staff was VERY nice.

We had two rooms on the Disneyland side, 7th floor. It was great to be able to see the fireworks. I appreciated having a balcony that we could walk out onto. It was sort of noisy, but we found at night with the door to the balcony closed, that it was not an issue. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. An in-room safe and a refrigerator were an added plus. Very short walk to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, especially for the price. The rooms are large and clean. We love the additional sink outside of the bathroom and the staff are always friendly. The pools and hot tub are fantastic. You can watch the fireworks from your balcony or from the hot tub. We have stayed her three years in a row and will be going back in September. Highly recommended for families.
