Parking is a Pain.

When staying at the Sheridan you have to pay for parking. I do not think while staying at a hotel you should pay for parking. Also, if you use a travel agency you get put in the West Wing. It is not the best part of the hotel. You must walk a good distance to the East Wing to enjoy yourself. The view was beautiful. Other than that I would not recommend this hotel for more than one day stay.

I got a room at the Sheraton Hotel and Marina on Travel website for a STEAL. It was so good I thought we'd be put in a room with a view of the parking lot. But I was wrong! We had a beautiful tenth floor view of the marina and Point Loma. It was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary internet was great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The parking was very difficult. he cost $20 to self park and it was a nightmare. It was very difficult to find any spot at all. Finally a spot became available in a dirt parking lot that was a bit of a distance from the hotel.

They did not have the correct room when I checked in and when I complained to the front desk nothing was done. I was put in a small, dank room with a tiny bathroom and the air conditioner was so loud when it came on and off at night I couldn't sleep! I finally complained to the manager and after that was put in a MUCH nicer room with some complimentary goodies. It definitely made up for the bad room, but would have been better if they had just had the correct room in the first place.

Loved it. Great spa only thing I did not like was the $20 charge for parking
