Biggest Mistake choosing the hotel

Go ahead and ruin you holiday in london if you choose this hotel!
Me and my fiance choose this hotel for our 4 day vacation in london, and realized the same day how big a mistake we made. To start with, it was the rude front desk lady, calls herself Andrea, a tall lanky blonde who thinks she was fed with shakespeare english and can speak barely half of it! She says she is the owner of the place.
Second to it, no shampoo in the bathroom and a lone bar of soap. The towels were wet, and the floor was wet; felt like it had rained heavily before we entered the room! Apparently it is the hotel policy to change the towels once in three days! huh!!?
What surprised me the most was the extra charge for using the Air conditioner, 10 pounds a day. Another shocker was the internet wi-fi was a whopping 30 pounds a day! And all this in a hotel in an upscale location in the heart of London. Rips my heart when i found all this in a B&B all the way in blackpool and not in a metro like London.
Another shocker was no laundry in the hotel (what kind of a hotel is that again!?), and if you happen to ask for an iron and an iron board, which most of us travellers look for when travelling around, the front desk people including an old lady who is maybe the grandma of Uncle Scrooge!; points a finger at you and asks you "Do you people need an iron everyday?!"
Being on a vacation, i dun expect myselfto be woken up at 7 30 in the morning! So knowing that the best, they have the breakfast included in the 40 pounds a night, only between 7 30
