Hide your credit card!

I paid for the room in advance through Travel agency. At check-in, they required my credit card to cover any additional charges, like phone calls. (The phone in the room didn't even work.) A few days after I returned home, they re-billed the 2 night stay to my credit card, even though it had already been paid in advance. During 2 long phone calls with Travel agency talking to the hotel manager on another line, the hotel said they would credit back the charge. They are bold face liars. Don't even get me talking about the jerks at FIA Credit Service who issued my VISA card. I've written it off as a $100.38 lesson.
