Good Hotel, Excellent price

As the title states, this is a good hotel for the price. Front desk check in and check out was fast and friendly. The hotel, although, not a 4 or 5 stars was in good shape. Even though, sometimes one of the elevators did not work and I did not get a room with a Sleep Number bed, another person that went with us but booked with the travel agency, got the suite with the Sleep number bed. Overall, it is a good hotel in a nice area of San Juan. It is not a beach hotel (i.e. a block away), but it is in a walkable area of town with many restaurants around. Also, the most important part of the hotel room was its nice terrace, and excellent air conditioner in the rooms which makes the Radisson my first choice on my next trip to San Juan, if I can't afford a hotel like the Ritz or the El San Juan.

Room was not available till 6:00pm; they explained that they were having computer problems. More like, understaffed and overwhelmed. For over $250.000 a night, the room should have been ready. Once I was finally given a room I was overjoyed by my view of the air conditioning units from my balcony. Guess they got me!! One elevator was out of service, making it very difficult the morning we were to board the ship as all the other guests in the hotel were boarding as well. They need additional help with the front desk, took a long time to check out and they seemed very chaotic.

This place looked nice so we went in without a reservation. We got lucky and were given a quiet room on a higher floor, we could not hear the casino at all. They were very nice to provide us with breakfast vouchers. The staff here is the very best. We had a great time. The exercise room and the pool were very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good, lunches and dinner. Everything was very nice. The parking was great, if you don't find parking, they park it for you, no worries. If you are a neat freak like me, this is the place to stay. Kudos!! Will return again and again.

Will consider returning on a business trip or quick stay in PR. The staff and service was polite and very friendly. The rooms were big and very clean. No night life other than the casino.

The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The information going to and from Old San Juan was great. We were able to book tourist attractions with no problems. The restaurant was great and casino was fun. The rooms were fine, just disappointed that robes were not in the rooms. Some would be bothered by the noice coming from down stairs. I recommend that they get a room on the higher floors like we did. We would stay here again.
