very pleasant stay

I stayed here over Thanksgiving 2008. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette did not include an oven, but otherwise was well equipped. There was a huge assortment of movies available to keep all ages entertained. One of the most pet friendly places that I have stayed. There was a good breakfast and the evening sundowner special included light fare. Although there was microwaveable food available for sale, I had brought Thanksgiving dinner and never had to buy another meal.
A Pretty Sweet Stay at the San Angelo Hawthorne

We stayed here for a family reunion. Staff and Maid service personnel were all exceptionally nice. The mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable and the bathroom sink drainage was slow. But the bath towels were the softest towels I'd ever felt and they smelled nice too. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. My family loved the pool and the staff allowed us to stay past the posted closing. The breakfast was wonderful, with tons of choices. A most enjoyable stay.
