The thing that separates chain hotels in major cities is their staff. Otherwise they all have a bed, a parking space ESPN and the weather channel. The staff here from desk to housekeeping was as friendly and accomodating as any five star and far superior to most chain hotels.

I was passing through going to another part of Florida and we spent the night there. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and we ended up doing some shopping because the mall was right across the street. It's also very convenient to lots of restaurants. Would definately stay here again!!!

hotel has had a redo since my stay last year. everythig much nicer, room was clean, service friendly, food good.

Night staff didn't know that the hotel servered breakfast. Room light bulbs burned out. Towels not replaced during cleanup. Room clean otherwise. Day staff very helpful.
