I just stayed in this hotel from 11/08/08-11/10/08. This hotel is very nice. It is very clean, and comfortable. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but the bed in this place was awesome. The staff was very helpful. They even called the room to check on me, and see if I needed anything. This is a place I would recommend, and would definitely stay there again!! I also felt very safe and secure.

I've been staying here while working in Jacksonville every other week for almost a year now; this is the place I chose after trying too many other places to be able to count them all. Believe me, if they weren't THE BEST, I would have quickly moved on.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. The facility is impeccably maintained and VERY clean. The rooms are very quiet, especially given the proximity to the airport and freeways. The pool is nice, and there is rarely anyone using it. The exercise room is a little small / cramped, but I don't usually have to share it, either.
Access to downtown and the freeways is about two blocks away, and downtown is about 15 minutes away (make it 20 at rush hour). A nice shopping district is springing up on the other side of the freeway. Everything I need is conveniently close.
Personally, I would like to see more restaurant choices close by, but that is probably because I spend sooo much time here -- most people would be happy with what's available -- and the area around the airport is growing very quickly, so more options are on the way. In the airport area, this is by far the best facility and the best value for the price.

Stayed 3 nites 1st week of March 2008 for a family gathering & volunteered to stay at hotel. It had all requirements I was looking for specifically near airport, free shuttle, exceedingly comfortable bed and clean. I chose the Evolution Rm & ended up being late to each family event because I couldn't get out of bed--it was much more than I expected or could ask for. I suggest you go online for bed details. My cousins had a regular rm and although they had no complaints I'd rather spend the extra $ for the Evolution Rm. We were in the middle of a Tornado watch so our planned sightseeing was cancelled but there were no complaints from me. Although all the employees were nice Beverly was particularly helpful and friendly and I want to give a shout out to her for making my stay so pleasant. A breakfast buffet is served but they have no restaurant or, to my disappointment, a bar. Nearby restaurants deliver in lieu of rm svc. Longhorn has a decadent chocolate cake w/ice cream to die for--enough for 2. Very nice pool area and fitness facility although I didn't use. The hotel is about 5 mins from airport but not so close noise is a problem. Excellent rates if you're flexible and don't forget to use your AARP card for add'l savings.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, conveniently located and plenty of room. In comparison to nearby, hotels, they could offer a complimentary breakfast and coffee.
