enjoy the hotel

Flatotel was so nice and the staff was all nice. I would recommend this hotel to all. I ask for upgrade and what we got was excellent with no extra cost..It was a small one bedroom apartment with kitchen and 1.5 bath...VERY NICE!!

we booked a 4star hotel. We got a 1 star hotel. We left- went to another hotel. Still trying to get a refund from Travelocity.
