The Latham hotel was great. I read reviews that it wasn't so good but I loved it and would definitely stay there again. The room that I stayed in was not tiny, but we did get a room with double beds instead of just a queen. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It is a very cute hotel and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see because the blocks there are very small. Nothing that we wanted to see, besides the art museum was more than a mile away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice staff, had to check out early and had no problems. Everything was clean. Toliet and other appliances made noises but it is an old hotel. Had a certain charm about it. Great location, in the center of Downtown, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The hotel lobby was smelly and dreary but the rooms were elegant. The staff was very helpful especially the doorman. I would book again if need be but not as economical as I would like.

This hotel is in a PRIME location to Rittenhouse Sqaure and Walnut Street (20th St area) attractions. Lots of stores and art galleries! Hotel is old, room was ok, but smelled of smoke (nonsmoking room)....bed was AWFUL. But it was fine for our needs. We only needed it for a 1 nite stay for a wedding. I wouldn't recommend it for a lengthy stay.
Will definitely go back...
