Getting to the motel was a little difficult because of construction blocking the road which made it hard to find the office to check in but the room was nice with a fireplace, balcony, refridgerator and microwave. The room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were good, but the fireplace did not work. Very hard to get manitenance to come fix the fireplace so me never got to use it. The view was great, overlooking Gatlinburg. Overall, it was a good trip.

Was worried about staying at an Econo Lodge, but all fears were laid to rest. Staff pleasant and accomodating, room very clean and within a block of Gatlinburg's main street. Lovely stay... would stay there again.

the room was fine just needed more pillows.

At check in, found dirty diaper and trash on balcony, Light bulbs burned out, only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in room. It took the employees 4 1/2 hrs to remove trash from balcony and light bulbs were never replaced. Employee acted as if it were a task to remove trash.Cleaning crew opened door to room without knocking. Extra towels was out of the question.
