My husband and I stayed here for two nights and it was the perfect location in Gatlinburg. Clean rooms and a friendly staff made the trip very nice.

This hotel is in a great location. The customer service can definately improve. The front desk employees were very rude. The continetal breakfast was not much, just doughnuts and toast. The parking was limited, the hotel needs to add more parking. Overall this hotel is a good for the money

This hotel was ok. The bathroom in our room could have used some updating. The beds very actually pretty comfortable. There was a nice view from the balcony. We were there for an event at the convention center so it was very convenient. There is not enough parking spaces for all guests.

We have stayed at many motels in Gatlinburg and found this one to have the best location and the best price. The hotel was up-to-date, very clean, and the customer service was very accommodating. This hotel was actually a lot nicer than many of the high price places we have stayed in the past. The only problem was the small parking lot. We arrived late at night and my husband had to push a dumpster out of the way to make a parking spot.

Light bulb needed replaced;3rd day before fireplace was ignited; baby crib fell thru the bottom with baby in it TWO times (not hurt); 3 days after returning home entire family diagnosed with head lice - while we only stayed there during the incubation period, we do not know nor do we claim that it came from the hotel room beds; did notify hotel of possibility.
