Outstanding Service

Residence Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Convenient location & truly a home away from home experience. The entire staff from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked-out were above and beyond courteous and accommodating. From the Valet Parkers to the Front Desk Personnel, Hospitality, Cooks, etc. Each staff member made this a delightful stay. There was only one incident when the housekeeper came into our room to leave some toiletries & towels while we were asleep that was a little uneasy & unacceptable but once reported to the manager, it was addressed and didn't happen again. We still left good tips.
Not Bad, but look out for the valet

We liked the location because it was close enough to many of the downtown attractions. However, the valet damaged our vehicle, so make sure you check over your car before you leave. The breakfast they provided was very nice and had a wide assortment of food. Not sure if I would stay here again, but I am the kind of person that likes to try different places out.

Great location - close to many attractions and light rail - easy, cheap access to airport. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Wonderful full complimentary breakfast and light dinners for the budget-minded. Free internet! It's hard to pick the one best feature of this hotel. It even had an exercise room and laundry facilities. The only reason I didn't give it a "5" is it is not a "luxury" hotel with swimming pools, spas, restaurants on site but these were not my priorities and yet were generally close by.

Being in heart of downtown makes the location great. Parking and unloading luggage on street curb is difficult however a super valet made it work.
