A beautifully managed hotel in and out. Nice SCAM ARTISTS must run this hotel, beautifully. Parking ($18 per day) is going to be added to your room later and no where you will be mentioned before you physically get to the hotel. The "star" rating indicates that this hotel is rated at FOUR star; however, I really insist that this hotel only worth 2.5 stars.

Beautiful hotel.. However I would have liked to have had complementary WiFi... 9$/day here... most hotels I stay at for business, 45-55 nights/year do offer me that. This is our only complaint. Great service, Everyone was exceptionally kind and willing to be helpfull.

Great alternative to more expensive hotels in the city

We came to San Francisco to see a museum exhibition in the city, but we didn't want to pay expensive city hotel rates. The Hyatt was a good choice for us, easy to get into and out of the City. Very friendly, courteous staff, easy parking. Our room was beautiful with a fabulous view of the bay. We walked along the waterfront every evening and watched the planes taking off and landing at the airport (cheap entertainment). The restaurants in the hotel were excellent, but also there are also lots of restaurants to choose from across the street along the waterfront. The rooms cater to business travelers, but I liked the room setup which had a large desk and comfortable chair because I am always connected to my work by laptop, even on pleasure trips. I love to stay at the boutique hotels by Union Square when I am come to the City with my girlfriends to shop -- we split the cost of a suite -- but on this weekend trip with my honey, the Hyatt in Burlingame was the perfect choice.

Nice Hotel but...

The hotel lobby is beautiful, room is nice and clean and beds are wonderful. Location is very convenient, close to SF Airport & BART. Exercise facilities are top notch. Parking was */day, food was expensive, especially room service. Although my room rate was reasonably priced, in hindsight I might have selected an alternate hotel since the add on expenses (water bottle in room *) really bugged me.

Beautiful Hotel - Wonderful Staff

Hotel is conveiniently located near the airport in Burlingame (shuttle service to and from). Business amenities are great. Atrium is beautiful. Shuttle into downtowm Burlingame and local train stations a plus. Staff was helpful and friendly. Regency club amenities were definitely worth the upgrade. For those that do not need to be in the heart of downtowm, this hotel is perfect. The local public transportation is very convenient if you need to travel within the Bay area (just make sure you budget the time). One suggestion I would make though is that noise from the atrium can bleed into the rooms. If you need absolute silence in your room, book a room in the outer ring that is not adjacent to the atrium.
