Excellent location, We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The room was small but it was clean & the bed was very comfortable. No hallway noise. great view. We had a king city view room. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. This was out first trip to DC and there was still so much to see. When we go back we will stay at the JW Marroitt again. They are just finishing up the renovations to the lobby/elevator areas. The rest of the hotel is completely redone. We had no trouble with any construction going on.

Hotel was perfect for our needs. Had wonderful view of Washington monument, Lincoln Memorial, and Arlington House. Perfect walking distance for families with children!

The location, food and staff were top notch. The elevator is being renovated, they said it would be another 6 months, expect long waits. As another mentioned, the food court at the Ronald Reagan building is perfect for lunch and smoothies. Being in the middle of all the attractions was great for traveling with kids - you can take a pool break in the middle of the day! We look forward to staying here on our next trip, just hope the elevator is finished by then!!

We're very happy we chose the JWM. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see - many great restaurants just around the corner - 2 blks. from Metro. Beautiful rooms - pool a little on the small side though. Will definately stay there again!

Located on Pen. Ave next to the Willard. Walk to the White House and Washington Monument. High Quality room though my view was of another building my brothers room had a view of the capitol. Parking was expensive though not out of line for Downtown DC. I would stay there again if visiting the tourist attractions. One block to the Metro and one block away from a food court at the Regan complex if you want something inexpensive/light to eat. Lots of nightlife nearby. I thought the hotel was great.
