See my other review for hotel details. The travel agency charged my credit card when I made the reservation. When I checked out of the hotel I made sure I told them I had already been charged by the travel agency. They said no problem. Of course I got home and sure enough I had been charged for the room by the hotel (less then the travel agency- so much for low price gaurantee!). I called the travel agency and told them my problem - they said hotel would credit my credit card within 48 hrs. 4 days later, no credit. I call the travel agency back. This time the hotel manager won't be back until Monday. The travel agency promised to call me back on Monday to tell me problem has been rectified. No call. I called them again (I am calling from Germany so it's not free). This time the guy tells me it will be 3 or 4 days before my card is credited. Then I got mad and asked for a supervisor. He gave me the same line. I asked for his boss. I'll let you know if he calls back. So much for their "Customer Bill of Rights." Wont be using them again!
Not bad for the money

I spent a week at this hotel on business. The first night I was on the first floor. Somebody upstairs was having a party at 2 AM. I called front desk and things quieted down quickly. Staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Upstairs floors are VERY squeeky. If you value your sleep at night I recommend requesting an upstairs room. Views out the windows were great. I tried two pieces of exercise equipment in the small exercise room. Both were not working.

The price was low. Staff was excellent. Free breakfast daily was very nice. Pool is outdoors and was closed. Indoor pools are much better. On the beach. No wireless Internet but you can use a CAT5 cable. TV made high pitch noise. Showers were very warm but not hot. Overall nice but not spectacular.

Our son was returning from Iraq. We wanted a quiet place to relax, this was it! The rooms were immaculate, restaurants were a few miles away. The view, incredible!
