In Chinatown, so dining choices limited to Chinese, hotel restaurant closes on Tues?? Carpet with burns and appeared very soiled. Ask for a non-basement room! Must walk 5 blocks to get cab and desk will only call car service, not cab. Was a last minute trip to attend a funeral, only there one night, thank goodness!
Great Value for the money

I needed a room for one night for my daughter and I to stay while we went to Flushing Meadows for the US Open. This hotel is clean. Located in Chinatown - Queens, it is well run with limited amenities. We did not eat there. It is located within two blocks of the subway and Manhattan is 30 min away. Contintental Breakfast is very nice. Parking is off premises, accross the street with a small subsidy. The rooms are a good size and nicely done. TV stinks if you need info -no cable. I recommend highly if you want a clean place to sleep while you enjoy NY.
