I booked in March for a room in the middle of summer. It was ready when I arrived, it was clean, and the doors had locks. Stayed with some extra people then I'd originally planned and the hotel made no fuss. My friends suitcase had gotten soaked during travel and the front desk directed us promptly to a nearby laundromat. The room was cleaned every day, though we weren't entirely sure they actually changed the sheets. It was a pretty great hotel for the price, even the few free pastries for breakfast helped us through the week. The one thing is that the parking lot is SMALL. Spaces are even smaller. But overall I was very satisfied.

Excellent value and good location. Located on Shelter Island, a quiet area between Point Loma and the airport. Breakfast was only coffee, juice and danishes to pick up from the office, but everything in the room was brand new including carpet, wallpaper, linens, tub, sink, and tile. Nice clean affordable room.

The hotel is small but the service is great. We arrived early and was able to check-in before 2pm, which was check-in time. When we got to the room we found that we had a King size bed with refridgerator and microwave which was nice since we didn't pay extra for it. Are entire stay was wonderful. The staff was very accomodating with directions and recommendations. I will definately stay here again!

This hotel is wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the decorations new and though we had a smoking room, we couldn't smell the smoke when we got into the room. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and a good deal. They have continental breakfast and the staff are all great! They even printed out driving instructions for us to the places we wanted to go. Good location too. I will go back, that's for sure.
