If you want to stay at a motel/hotel at really cares about your comfort this is it. We arrived in the morning with check-in not until after 3:00. Told the front dest we had been traveling since 3:00 in the morning, they called housekeeping and got us a room right away so we could rest before the days activities. Everyone was very helpful with any needs we had, room service even made a special trip for me to get extra coffee. The room was clean, quiet and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. Great food out on the terrace, where you can see the mountains. For fun go to the casino, you may not win, but the staff there will make sure you have your favorite drink (on the house) and will answer any questions you have about the area and how to get there. I loved this place. My husband was gone to meetings alot but I felt right at home while he was gone. So glad we booked this through Travelocity.

All motels have rooms, some better than others. The major asset of this motel is the staff. Uniformly pleasant, easy to work with, and willing to go out of their way to accomodate needs. One of the best groups I've ever stayed with.

The room was comfortable, clean, and just like the photos that Travel had on the website. Most importantly, it was quiet at night; I did not hear one sound. The only negatives were a slight unpleasant smell that I quickly ignored and the heater was unresponsive. I had an internal room, so it was a comfortable 70 degrees, but wanted it warmer; the heater controls did not respond.

This hotel is simply the best! The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the staff is GREAT!! Restaurant and bar is far and above anything you would expect at a hotel. Great location too.

The room was clean and had enough ammenities (mini 'fridge, microwave, coffee maker) to make a 5 day stay comfortable. Convenient location to MSU, downtown and convenience shops. Rooms facing pool/conference area too noisy. Request courtyard or exterior rooms.
