Convenient for Theater Goers

With the theaters of Oregon Shakespeare Festival just a short walk away, Bard's Inn provides very convenient accommodation if you're in Ashland to see plays. The majority of the town's many restaurants are within walking distance, too. We spent our three nights in an upstairs room in the motel's older section. We slept well, with little or no street noise, and our room was clean, with everything in working order. Our quarters were not spacious, and this section of the property has probably seen better days, but we felt our room was a good value for the price and proximity to downtown. The continental breakfast is served in a large, attractive room, and there's an unusually good selection of bakery-quality pastries available, along with the other typical motel breakfast items. Desk staff while we were there seemed cheerful and efficient.

What a plesant surprise to check into a hotel spur of the moment at 10 pm and have a wonderful huge, clean room, nice desk staff and full complementary breakfast. The food staff kept the serving area replenished and clean non stop. We were within walking distance to the attractive downtown district. We want to come back to Ashland and to the Bard as a destination very soon.

Great location, rooms adaquate, couldn't get the wifi to function correctly. When I went back to the staff for help regarding wifi connection, they were not able to help me.
