Quote: We found the hotel very ideally located. While offering seclusion, It was easy to get to places of interest and shopping. Good restaurant at the hotel to make your experience wholesome and pleasant.

Quote: I would not stay at this hotel again. The bed cover had a smell to it, like it had not been washed in awhile. The sheets were probably clean, but I think a little fabric softener would have helped. Front desk people were very helpfule, though.

Quote: I was in town for business, this was a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The airline lost my luggage and the front desk was very helpful in accommodating me. I will defiantly stay here the next time I am in Knoxville.

Quote: The hotel was overall comfortable, however it needs updating and a fresh coat of paint. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

HORRID BEDS!

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 21, 2007
Quote: The location is great, but it's Knoxville-- everything's 10 minutes away, no matter where you stay. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I've ever slept on in my life. There wasn't a spot where a spring wasn't poking through.
