Very bad experience

This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. We got lost after driving 12 hours and called to get directions, no answer. I tried for 30 minutes. We finally stopped at a store and they were able to tell us how to get there. I asked the hotel clerk to verify the number, her excuse was that she was too busy. No one was in the lobby and the parking lot was quarter full. The room was roach infested, there had been a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom that was mildewed and the room smelled terrible.
