The timeshare is located in a residential area. Outside of the beach, you would need to drive a short distance for all activities. A carport for one vehicle and an apron for your second vehicle was available. Street parking was allowed except on Wednsday during street sweeping (no meters). Mandalay Shores Timeshare Resort is right next door. I also found Harbortown Point Marina Resort in the Ventura Harbor, another timeshare resort.

The staff was very nice and they had daily maid service. The beach is right at your door step. Sand lines the streets and you have gorgeous beach houses all around. The location of the resort made up for the decor and maintenence of the resort. I would stay again.
