Excellent experience

My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia-Midtown for 3 nights in June 2009 and were totally pleased with the experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We stayed three nights in Philly with a family and this was a great hotel. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see and had a great breakfast every morning. The little lady serving the breakfast was GREAT!!!! She came by our table while we were eating to see if we needed anything and asked us if we were going sightseeing and gave us maps to where we were going and everything. She was the sweetest person...so glad we stayed here just because of her!!!! Had a great time in the pool with the kids in the evenings and hotel was very handy to resturants and shopping too.

The location was very convenient to bus, train, and many walkable locations at a reasonable price. But most of all, the friendliness of the staff will bring me back on my next trip to Philly. Every single staff member was polite, friendly, and eager to help. They made my stay pleasant & trouble-free.

New Year Delight

Stayed over the New Year. Lady from the food area was awsome. Could not do enough for all the guests. Her personal touches had everyone commenting how nice she was. Iis a rare gem in today's hotel market. I would go back just to see her! Don't lose her! Give her some little extra $ if you have it.

Even though we only stayed one night my family and I loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was homey and clean.
