The Casa Ojai is clean & recently renovated (or new?), has nicely sized rooms, and a very kind and welcoming staff. It is excellent value for the money. Although it's on the main street, it is very quiet and we didn't notice any street noise.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and cleanliness of this motel. After last's year's experience (at another motel in the area) I was a bit skeptical. Front desk personnel was very pleasant and efficient. Maid service was prompt.
