We came to Ojai by way of visiting for a family birthday. We had never heard of Ojai before and were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this town. If you have not been to Ojai this is a must visit. The hotel we choose was based on referral from my brother. I was a little taken back by the initial drive up. Once out of the car I was sold literally from that moment. The grounds are so clean and the gentelman at the desk was so welcoming. The rooms have the most unique furniture I have seen, when I had asked about it the gentelman said it had been designed by a local designer. I can go on and on, but I wanted people to know about this wonderful town and hotel. I give it two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. The front desk staff and hotel manager were so friendly and helpful. I would, without a doubt, stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in the area again!!!! The scenery around the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are great!

Great place, people and I really liked that we were given bottled water upon our arrival. Very comfortable room that I would recommend to anyone.

The friendly staff greated us with cookies and found us a great local restaurant Sea Fresh, where we had a great dinner. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were comfortable. I will let all my friends know about Ojai and its great outdoor hiking, the spas and the cute downtown area! It's our new getaway from LA.
