I came to carthage to visit my daughter who is going to the college there. It was a nice visit but unfortunately not much to do in the little town. The hotel was one of three in the town which is ok because its by far the best! The rooms were huge much bigger than I had imagined and the front desk staff greeted you warmly at check in/out. The breakfast was included but unfortunately was to be updated to hot items the next month (dec). The room we stayed in had a king bed that was quite comfortable and the mini-fridge was a nice amenity as well as the coffee maker... big coffee drinkers! I had no problems but will advise that you book ahead as it tends to get booked up pretty fast.
