The location of the Muse could not have been better! 1/2 block from Times Square and a block or 2 from the theatres. Very large (for NYC) rooms and very clean.

The location is ideal, close to everything in Time Square, the room is clean and not too small for two people, hotel staff are very friendly and couteous. They charge the use of mini bar even if you just remove the soda/candy, put them back and don't consume them.

Great location, and the staff wqs very courteous. i had an Executive King room, which came with a sleeper sofa, something I didn't know I had. The only problem was the dresser, which was the lower quarter of the entertainment center/ mini-bar arrangement. If you're travelling with another person, flip to see who gets the "living out of my suitcase" deal!!

A very seamless experience. Great room. Great bed. Excellent service, especially knowing when to help and when to leave alone. Central location. The lobby and reception personel really look like the web picture! Great idea on the complimentary lobby wine!

We were extremely impressed with the service and quality of the Muse. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite, had a bottle of wine and an anniversary card brought to our room. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly,courteous, and attentive. I would go back to the Muse in a heart beat.
