Very Nice Hotel

Overall the hotel was amazing. One of the best beds I have evr slept in. The rooms were on the small side for the price that you are going to pay for them but it wouldn't keep from staying there again. Room service was fast and super easy. Location wise, its not bad. Half a block from Broadway and Times Square so its pretty convenient when you just need to rest for a while, you won't have to travel far. Wonderful Hotel. The amenities were great and the people were very helpful in giving advice on where to go, and things to do. Really nice when you have never been to NYC before.

The staff was so courteous and friendly, they treated us like family! The beds were very comfortable, and the robes were plush! The concierge, Marti, was outstanding, getting us great seats to see The Color Purple! Breakfast, our favorite meal, in the dining area was divine and delicious! The bell men were courteous and good looking, too! We had a ball! Thanks for making our first trip to New York fun, enjoyable, and an overall success!!

Wonderful Boutique

In typical Kimpton fashion, the Muse Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel that has a modern designed but is very friendly and inviting. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were wonderful. I had a suite that had a comfortable couch/sitting area separate from the bedroom. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the decor was fun. the amenities are really good and if you've forgotten any of the basics -- they have them there in the room.. they may charge you for things like a razor -- but much easier than having to go shop for them.

Perfect Proposal

My Fiance brought me to NY to propose and we stayed at the Muse Hotel. He proposed in Central Park and when we got back to the hotel room to change for dinner there were rose petals everywhere and even a bottle of champagne... The hotel staff really went all out to make sure that our whole proposal weekend was unforgettable!!
