The location was perfect. The hotel staff was very attentive. The room was clean, well kept. Room service was prompt. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to several of my friends.

The hotel is located in a very upscale part of Paris. If you want to see the "tourist" part of the city, then you must travel to different areas. Of course, there is a Metro located nearby in the Opera, but I elected to travel top-side, in order to see the little things that most tourists miss. The room was small, but quaint. The housekeeping service took good care of me and my needs. One complaint I have is the noise level. At night, anyone in the hallway could be heard clearly, especially conversations and slamming doors. I habitually heard the squeaking wheel of the room service cart as it went up and down the hallway. The hotel should look into sound proofing guests' rooms. Also, the air conditioning vent was positioned on the wall as to blow directly into your face as you slept, which was quite bothersome. Considering Paris, I would probably stay at this hotel again.

We loved the HOTEL WESTMINSTER--the superior room featured flat screen tv, spacious bath--only drawback not sure if it should have included at least a queen size bed, we got a full size.

Hotel was the perfect location for our 30th Anniversary celebration. Metro is ~ 50 yds away and the area around the hotel has lots of sights, cafes and shopping. Service at hotel was excellent.
