We were very impressed with how nice the staff is. Our room was exactly what we expected and much cleaner than anywhere we've ever stayed!

Good location. Rooms are nice for the price. Has kitchenette so the halls sometimes have weird smells from people cooking food.

This hotel had some huge rooms. But they were overbooked and put us in a smoking room - but they washed the carpet. Unfortunately that didn't help much.

We were surprised at the poor conditions of our room after reading all the glowing reviews online and driving up to the hotel. The biggest issues were the smell - inside the room and in the hallway, the poor water pressure, and the extremely uncomfortable bed. The hall had a very unpleasant food odor (full kitchens) and the smell in the room itself was unidentifiable but even worse than the hall. However, the staff was very friendly and it is, after all, an extended stay hotel. Would NOT stay here again unless I needed a longer-term budget solution.

The hotel was helpful and considerate to us. The front desk was pleasent and met all our requests.
