Not good choice - spend the extra bucks next time!

I chose this hotel because it was about half the price of comparable hotels - however - I should have known why. It was not in a good area and it seemed like a lot of the people there actually lived there. The room was clean when I arrived but, during my three day stay it wasn't cleaned or the bed made or fresh towells put out. Would definitely NEVER stay here again!

OVER ALL I THINK THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. They were friendly, polite, and gracious . They had no pool so that was the only bad part in staying here with 2 kids.
When I needed directions , they were happy to help. Even when my cell phone quit on me. They helped me find the right store to go to. They have a pc up front that you can key into to get area attractions and print out directions.
Best service, maintence and housekeepers. The management was defineatley very accomendating.
DISSATISFIED WITH ACCOMMODATION

Positives were the staff was friendly and the location worked for the events we had. The dissatisfaction was in the room itself. We were put in a room that was for the physically challenged. With 4 people, it was difficult to ready ourselves because there was no privacy except the bathroom. A mirror was in the bathroom, and another under the upper cupboards in the kitchenette area. Because we weren't physically challenged it became a challenge to use the counter mirror. Dishes and utensils were only enough for two people, and the reservation was made for 4. The beds were absolutey horrible. I'm guessing the mattresses were at least 30 years old if their coverings are an indication, and were extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The room was not clean; dust was visible on all surfaces, and the upholstered sofa had many stains. The floor carpet appeared to be new, which was appreciated. Because this is an extended stay hotel, there were many food odors that permeated the facility, as well as stale smoke. I don't consider myself to be terribly fussy, but clean and comfortable are two requirements. If you're looking for these, this is not the place to stay. I've generally been able to trust reviews written for accommodations, but now having stayed here, I don't know how anyone could give this hotel a good review. I would have gone elsewhere had I not been locked into the Travel online reservation.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting relatives nearby. We could actually walk to their house in a nearby subdivision so the location was perfect. There are restaurants and shopping available around the corner.
Our room was clean and comfortable with a queen bed and full size refrigerator. A great value for $50/night. We will stay here again.
I won't recommend this to an enemy

Stayed 1 night of 5...bed sheets were dirty with dried red substance. Hair of all kinds in bathroom. Floor in and around kitchenette was sticky. Be wary of any place that claims that there is no refund/reimbursement for unused nights, especially when questionable, dried, bodily material is found in the bed after a 10pm check-in. There was plenty of time for towels and trash to be changed not to have sheets changed too. Be careful when signs are posted for both front desk and housekeeping at the half-finished driveway entrance. Length of stay determines type of service and room you receive at this establishment. Have stayed at countless suite style accomodations wordlwide and this is the worst to date.
