Good for an extended stay hotel

The place was nice but my room was the one next to the storage/wash/maid room so when we slept in we always were woken up by them laughing or the washing machines running. Also one night the air compressor went off at like 5 in the morning and didn't go off for 15 minutes. The hotel manager said it was a necessary thing for it to do and apologized. I guess that's an ok excuse. Overall it was nice though.
Great hotel, especially for the money.

For the money, I got way more hotel than I paid for. The suite style rooms are far better than just a room with a bed and tv. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I spent less than 5 minutes total both checking in and checking out. Very efficient! The neighborhood was good, too. I will definately be staying here again. This was the cheapest hotel on online travel website for the time that I booked, but was far better than some of the more expensive ones. Your room is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware if you don't want to eat out, and the full size fridge is great too...Don't have to keep filling up a cooler with ice. So, if you are looking for a clean, well kept, safe hotel at a cheap price, then I would definately book here. The only thing I wish they had was a pool and hot tub.
Great choice in this price range.

Stayed six nights while looking for an apartment after returning from two year relocation away from Austin. Folks, this is an extended stay hotel--you get the deal because they don't clean your room all the time!--so don't book it if you insist on having your sheets changed every night! safer area than most of those places, you get a spacious, clean room with a complete kitchen, free wifi, and free calls in the US. There is also a decent-looking exercise facility, and plenty of safe parking. Furnishings were clean and in good condition; air conditioning was powerful; Staff are friendly and respond immediately to requests for new towels, toilet paper, etc., and responded immediately to my request that they fix the drain on the shower. Area is very safe--most of Austin looks seedy, but this is a middle-class area of town--and convenient to all northern tech employers (Dell, Emerson, etc.). Hotel has a caterer who will deliver meals, or you can eat in many restaurants in area, Whole Foods is only a short drive away so it is easy to use your kitchen. My only reservation about it was its distance from downtown/UT--it's up at the very outer edge of Austin, so it's not convenient to public trans or anything south if you don't have a car. On the other hand, it is right on a major artery so you can quickly get to I35, Mopac, or the new tollways if you need them. I was very satisfied.

OVER ALL I THINK THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. They were friendly, polite, and gracious . They had no pool so that was the only bad part in staying here with 2 kids.
When I needed directions , they were happy to help. Even when my cell phone quit on me. They helped me find the right store to go to. They have a pc up front that you can key into to get area attractions and print out directions.
Best service, maintence and housekeepers. The management was defineatley very accomendating.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting relatives nearby. We could actually walk to their house in a nearby subdivision so the location was perfect. There are restaurants and shopping available around the corner.
Our room was clean and comfortable with a queen bed and full size refrigerator. A great value for $50/night. We will stay here again.
