Good, reasonably priced place to stay

Quote: We were looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay while visiting the Monterey area, and we found this little place on Travelocity. It lacks a lot of the bells and whistles, but it's clean enough and close enough to town to make it... Read the full The Del Monte Pines review

Modest property

  • February 7, 2011
Quote: Okay, let's put this out there right now, this is not your fancy, upscale, mint on your pillow type place. What it is, is a cozy, quiet place, close to the ocean, the Del Monte Mall, FIsherman's Wharf and Cannery Row. The most important thing is the... Read the full The Del Monte Pines review

Quote: Several years ago, this hotel was both clean and reasonably priced. Now, it is both disgusting and cheap. Upon checking in (which was quick), we were excited to see our hot tub/fireplace room. It looked nice at first, flipped the fireplace on and... Read the full The Del Monte Pines review

Horrible

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • July 26, 2009
Quote: This was the most unpleasant motel we have ever stayed in. The website is very misleading. The nicest thing about it was the flowers on the outside. The room was small, bedspreads ancient and the beds were from the 1950s. You could hear every noise... Read the full The Del Monte Pines review
