Got a little nervous as the time got closer. Almost changed my reservation but I am glad I didn't. It is a nice location and the price is right. If you want bells and whistles, this is not the place. I would stay here again.

Hotel rooom was clean but smaller than used to.TV was in weird place and hard to watch from bed,unless you like laying on your side looking up.Hotel does have great location about 1/2 a block from times square,and is on a quiet side street.Staff was helpful and complimentary breakfast was okay.For price paid it was an okay experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was close by. Very enjoyable!

Small room, but only slept there. Not a problem. The price was comparatively reasonable. The comp breakfast was good. The exercise room is limited, (but it is not used much anyway; I had no problem with treadmill time). The location couldn't be better - a few minutes from the TKTS discount booth. Perfect for the budget traveler - reasonable cost; comp breakfast; proximiity to cheap broadway tickets; clost to Fifth Avenue sites; $5.00 taxi ride to Penn Station. Don't expect many frills, but if cost and convenience is a factor - this is the place to be.
