You get breakfast (coffee or tea, orange juice, and your choice of croissant, baguette, or pain au chocolat) delivered to your door at the time you want (until 11am, I think) -- a lovely way to start the day.
One drawback is that the walls seem to lack sufficient sound-proofing, so that the sounds of late-night revellers returning home might be a bit disturbing (if you aren't one of them, that is).
The hotel was being renovated when we were there, so there was that new-paint smell in the hallways and old furniture stacked in the stairwell.
There's also free parking available. It's at the back of the hotel, through a teeny alleyway -- SUVs and other urban assault vehicles need not apply though.
Considering that all I was really looking for was a decent place to leave my bags and have a place to sleep and shower, this fit the bill.
