Reserved room for Friday night at good rate - when trip was moved up paid over twice the amount for THurs. night. Staff at front desk and bell hop were courteous and helpful. Sign mentioned complimentary breakfast - not available. Had to hunt for dining room and then for staff to wait on our party once there. Room was clean - bed very comfortable.

ok place, staff pretty good but first room had an odor and sink didn't drain. Second room the alarm clock went off at midnight and then again at 6am. Will unplug in the future before I go to sleep.

Upon checking in, I requested a lower level floor and was accommodated with a first floor room. The Room was so inviting...THE BED!!! There's this new sleep system that includes a duvet cover, lavendar bed mist, eye caps, sound CD, etc. There was a free shuttle but we didn't use it this time. The location is right near a Pappadeaux's, Fuddrucker's, Tinseltown, Hooters, Denny's, and a plethora of more!

I've stayed at many hotels in Houston and thought with a reputable name, this hotel should be ok. However, I was extremely disappointed that this hotel is rated a 3.5 star hotel. The room was VERY musty and the bathroom appeared to be unclean.
