The resort was wonderful. The pool was a good size, the rooms were good, and it had a huge atrium. The room overlooked the indoor pool (which was a cool feature).
The best thing about the resort was the hotel room. It had a balcony that overlooked the indoor pool in a huge atrium.
The service was horrid. My family and I had to catch a cruise, so we got a shuttle that the hotel recommended. The shuttle and the service were a joke. The guys did not speak English, so they didn't know what we said. We took longer than we should have to get to the port!
