Our stay here was uneventful. The floors were dirty in our room and in the hallways/stairs. There was hair on the accent pillow on the bed. The card that said "we clean you room between each person..." had a coffee ring on it. Nice. We were staying here overnight and flying out of Portland. They have advertised free airport shuttle, but it's only free if you are checked into the hotel on both sides of your flight. When we got the shuttle back to the hotel, we were charged $30. When my husband complained at the front desk that we weren't told we would have to pay for the trip back, the manager was very rude and said they make it a point to tell you twice. When he said again that we weren't told this she just ignored him. Very poor customer service. We will never stay in a Phoenix Inn Suites again.

The first room they gave me smelled like smoke, they moved me immediately. Any hotel can have a problem, the Phoenix solved it fast and exceptionally courteously.

The Phoenix Inn is great if you're looking for a nice place to stay. The beds and the leather sofa are especially comfortable. Everything about this place was great! It has a nice lobby, nice room decor, and a great breakfast! Would definitly come back!!!

Phoenix Inn Suites was chosen for our seminar, the staff and accommodations were outstanding. Everyone was so impressed and didn't want to leave.

Great staff, morning breakfast is fabulous as is access to computer and wifi.Great at getting us information during an unusual snowstorm when we had to drive.
