Great Place to Stay with Awesome Staff

Anytime we do an overnight visit to Cleveland we stay here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fairly large. They have recently updated the rooms as well with flat screen TVs and new bedding within the past few years.
The hotel itself may not be set in the greatest part of town, but once inside you feel very secure. The fact that they have a valet service is nice so you don't have to be walking around an unknown part of town. They do charge for the valet service. I believe it's around $25 a day.
You can't beat the quality of the rooms for the price. I would recommend this hotel to families, business travelers, and couples as well.
Worth every penny!

This hotel is located very close to so many things which made it possible for us to walk and not have to rent a car. The staff were exceptional; we felt welcome from the moment we approached the hotel to the moment we checked out. We had a drink in the bar, but did not eat at the hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be coming back!
Beware Downtown Cleveland

Recent trip to Cleveland turned out to be quite a challenge! All of the Public Square area is under major construction. What should have been an easy trip from the airport to downtown via the RTA Rail turned out to be a lesson in dodging potholes, navigating fences, blocked streets and poor access to transit
The hotel staff were okay, except for the two gentlemen who ignored me while I was standing in line to check in, and the housekeeper who thought my room was to be cleaned completely because "it was so clean--until I opened the closet!" by then she had emptied the contents of the in-room fridge--with of course no offer to see that things were replaced.
Had the breakfast buffett on Sunday morning, was quite good and an exceptional value at $* vs. the $* listed on the menu--perhaps the discount was given to make up for the exceptionally poor service of the wait staff?
There isn't much to do in downtown Cleveland on the weekends, though I did catch "The Lion King" at nearby (15 min walk) to Playhouse Square on Sunday evening.
Upon trying to check out on Monday morning, after calling from the front desk to have someone come to the counter with no response, I had to locate a house phone to call for assistance.
Overall not a bad experience, but not one of the best.
Cleveland does offer many cultural sites, none of which are made easy to reach with public transportation
Great rooms, great staff, great location - everything you'd want

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in in Cleveland. It was located right downtown with easy access to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, and public transportation to anywhere else you need to go. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.
Great place to stay!

This hotel was the perfect choice for our weekend getaway in Cleveland. Its closeness to the Cleveland Rapid Transit station meant we didn't need to rent a car for our visit! Baseball, Rock and Roll and Warehouse District Restaurants were all within easy walking distance. The concierge was extremely helpful with directions and dining recommendations.
