WORST HOTEL IN AUSTIN

I will never stay at this hotel again ! The double room I reserved was not available because it is an EXTENDED stay hotel, and your reservation doesn't matter if the previous guests of your room decide to extend their stay. Your choice of rooms may not be available. Read the rules carefully next time. The room smelled horrible, and I couldn't stand it at all. I had no choice because all the hotels were booked up for the weekend, so I cut short my visit. I was refunded my money, but I think this happens often at this place.DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I would not recommend anyone staying here. There was a bad odor the minute we entered the room, but at 4am you're just ready to crash. Which leads me to "bring your own pillows!". The bed was okay, but I needed 2 pillows to feel comfortable & able to sleep. It is tight, cramped, and dirty. I went to use one of the cups & it was dirty. There is no dish soap or anything you will have to buy all your supplies. For one night it was not worth it, and I can't imagine anyone staying for more. It was also extremely difficult to find if you don't know the area.
