I loved it! I wasn't expecting much, given the price, but it was wonderful! The staff were really nice (the few problems I did have they took care of quickly and were super nice about) and the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good, too. I've heard some complaints about the location, but I don't see what the problem is; it's right next to two highways and just a hop and a skip from the mall. If you want to get downtown, that's a bit trickier, but it's not hard by any means. Overall, I was really satisfied, and I totally stay there again!

I enjoyed staying here very much. The rooms were very nice for such a low price! I thought the staff was really friendly, and I liked the breakfast and the Aqua lounge. I was really amazed by the internet connection; I know most hotels offer wireless nowadays, but usually they're slow and just not worth bothering with. Here, though, it was easy to set up and almost as fast as at home! And my kids really enjoyed the huge television in our room, which was also a pleasant surprise. I know my kids want to stay again, so I would recommend this to anyone with kids, especially with the convenience of Action City right next door!

Much better than I expected. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the Aqua lounge was surprisingly good, as was the breakfast. I was very pleased that they brew Starbucks coffee (I'm a bit a Starbucks junkie), especially since the nearest Starbucks was across town. I was very pleased, and I would recommend it to others staying in the Eau Claire area.

I was very, very pleased with my stay at the Metropolis! The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly! I loved the Aqua Lounge, and the breakfast was wonderful, too (one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had). I was really pleased with what I got for my money; it was an excellent stay and didn't break the bank!
