My family stopped in here on the way home from Florida. We were very suprised at the size of the room and the quality of the furnishings in our suite. The kids liked having their own tv and the bed was very comfy much like another hotels heavenly bed. If you are going through Shreveport stay here. Great value.

Back on business I stayed here again. Things were all good till I got a wake up call that I didnt ask for at FIVE in the morning! Cant a girl get any sleep? They had some city water issues locally and the news said not to drink the water. Well good thing I watched the news cause NOBODY at the hotel said anything about it or offered me any bottled water! I asked if the hotel water was filtered and the lady said she had no idea, that they are suggesting that we boil the water before you drink it. I pointed out that we have nothing in our rooms to boil water with. Breakfast was good, they have eggs and sausage but no buscuit, thought that was a bit odd, but the cereal was good!

Rooms were very large. They had a sitting room with couches, a sink, coffe maker and a fridge. The sleeping area was seperate with 2 very nice beds. Breakfast was great and had muffins, cereal, and waffle makers in a nice dining room atmosphere. I will stay there again.

The only thing about this hotel I found distasteful was the fact that the staff could not tell me how to get to the hotel from the airport!! Shouldnt that be a job requirement for a hotel staff member??? Also the staff wasnt very friendly. (NO I wast rude at all I promise!!) Hotel was clean, smelled good, my internet wasnt working, but they have a number to call and it only took a minute to get it working. So I'd stay here again.
