Hotel staff was not knowledgeable about check-in procedures when booked through a online travel website and attempted to charge my card a second time despite already paying via this site. Rooms were of terrible quality, heat was not turned in inside the hallway areas of the hotel (it was rougly 15 degrees outside, you would think heat would be a no brainer). Pillows were lumpy, bathroom was so cold that pneumonia might have been gotten from being in there while dripping wet, bed sheets had caked in/burnt in dirt, bathroom had broken tiles, walls were thinner than paper, and the tv channels would randomly shut off. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
