The Hotel has a really wonderful location. It is close to many things at Fisherman's Warf. A good breakfast buffet until 11:00 everyday. All of the staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The hotel was starting room renovations on November 3rd. They were OK as they were, but will be a nice improvement.

This hotel is very convenient to Fishermans Wharf. It is also close to the F Line so we could take public transportation from the airport easily. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were particularly happy with the concierge who helped us arrange transportation back to the airport and helped us with great dinner reservations. We would stay here again!

Our stay here was wonderful - just a block and a half off the Wharf. We could walk anywhere within a few minutes. The hotel was clean, safe and secure. We had our 16 year old son with us. The hotel staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We did all the tourist things and had a great time. We would stay here again. We loved San Francisco!

I love this location. Close to the F line. Close to cable car. Close to bus...Little Italy is just up the street. Close to Warf. Close to Buena Vista, Excellent location for everything!

We visited over the Thanksgiving holiday. The location of this hotel was GREAT!! It is about half way between Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square. Both are an easy walk. But most importantly, there are two bus stops right out of hotel entrance and the PM cable car stop is only a few blocks away. This made getting around town very easy. (The number 30 bus stop is right outside the doors and this one is very useful as it can take you to the Exploratorium, through all the great restaurants in North Beach, and all the way down to the Cal. Academy of Sciences Aquarium just outside Union Square). My husband and I have stayed in the Union Square area before. We were advised against staying in the "touristy" Fisherman's Wharf area, so we were a little reluctant (ended up staying here since it was the best deal for the $$). But we found that we liked this location better. Sure, it is a little touristy. This hotel was VERY clean, and the staff really went above and beyond in being helpful and making reccomendations. The weather was beautiful, and the crowds were light. Perfect time to visit San Francisco. We got a GREAT deal booking flight and hotel together.
